Dear Jesus, When we think about the suffering You went through, our complaints pale in comparison. But yet — You still care when we have bad days. And right now, it’s not so much a bad day, but so many are going through a bad year. I pray You will comfort those who need comforting. I pray You will heal those who need healing. I pray You will easy the anxiety of those who are struggling. Lord, you never promised this would be easy, so even as we navigate this difficult season — help us to focus not on the now, but on the future glory we have to share with You. We know there are better and brighter days ahead. And You have promised to be with us every step of the way. In Your Holy Name, Amen.
