Dear Jesus, We know from the Gospels that You, too, faced temptation and You know what it is like. But You, being the perfect, sinless, Son of God did not yield to it. Help us to be like You. When temptation comes, help us to model You and consider what Your Word says. Help us to weigh the cost and trust that nothing this world tempts us with compares to what You offer. Nothing is worth it. Please help us to overcome and always choose to follow You. In Your Name, Amen.
