Dear Heavenly Father, So many people assume the life of a Christian is a boring life. It absolutely isn’t. Your Word repeatedly tells us to rejoice…. To sing…. And to dance in our praise for You! And the best news — actual talent for the two latter points are optional! You have given us permission to have fun in the Christian life! There is true joy in worshipping You! When we worship you, we experience (and re-experience over and over!) the joy of a life lived for Jesus Christ. Being a Christian isn’t boring. There are so many things You’ve called us to do. There are so many adventures we must take in a life of faith. But having fun and joy are definitely a part of it. Thank You, God, for giving us permission to sing and dance for You.
