Dear Holy Spirit, Let us not get into the trap of believing we are good, but let us be ever mindful of the truth from Isaiah 64:6a, “But we are all like an unclean thing, And all our righteousnesses are like filthy rags.” Remind us that You know our motives even better than we do. Help us to align our thoughts and ways according to God and keep our motives honorable to Him. In spite of all of our shortcomings and failures, thank You for the forgiveness of sins to all who have confessed Jesus as their Lord and Savior. In His Name, Amen.
