Heavenly Father, Please keep my heart and mind on You above all other things. Help me remember that everything here is temporary — it can be lost, stolen, taken, seized, or destroyed. But the eternal investments are never lost, taken, or damaged. Keep my heart focused on the eternal, not the temporary. Keep my priorities straight with Jesus always at the top before everything or anyone else. Remind me that the only essential in my life is Jesus. In His Name, Amen.
