Dear Holy Spirit, Please help us resist the temptations of pride and self-sufficiency. Help us to remember that everything we have, including our gifts and talents, are from God. He gave them. As the recipients of His generosity, we have no right to brag — except to boast about Him, and tell the world what a good, good God He is. In Jesus’ Name, I pray, Amen.
