Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up. (James 4:10 NKJV)
Holy Spirit, This world tells us to be ourselves and “I am enough.” But that me-centric kind of thinking isn’t true. Jesus said “blessed are the meek” (Matthew 5:5). We need to embrace a spirit of humility before God. We can’t do it on our own, no matter what the world tells us. We are not enough. Please keep our hearts in a place of proper humility before our Creator and Lord. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
