Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.” (Luke 9:23 NKJV)
Jesus, You carried a cross to Calvary in order to die for me. You paid the price I could not pay and made a way for me to have eternal life. Therefore, please help me, too, to carry my cross and give my life to follow You. Please encourage my heart and help me to focus on walking in Your footsteps. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
