PRAISE & PRAYER PROMPT ••• A popular research study from several years ago concluded that women speak an average of 20,000 words per day and men speak an average of 7000.
Without getting into a cliche debate about the talkativeness of women versus men, let’s ponder these questions…
How often do we use our daily words to praise our Creator and Savior?
How often do we consider if our words or conversations are honoring to Him?
Are the things we say things we would say to Jesus?
In Psalm 19:14, David wrote, “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.”
Today, as you pray, ask the Holy Spirit to temper your words and conversations so that they are edifying to those who hear and honoring to God the Father.

I heard it preached that Praise in hardship with faith and gratitude bring deliverance and healing! It is easy to praise when things are well, yet when we go through storms and trials of life it can be hard . We must give thanks and praise for all, God is working it out. I have been in long term unemployment, everyday I seek work , it is draining , yet I praise God, because I know I will find a good job, God is working out the details. I just don’t know when. That is where faith and praise step in, believing as if it is so, already happened! Great Post! Blessings
Yes, I have been in a difficult season and am reminding myself that I need to remember to praise Him through it… He’s still worthy of all praise!!! No matter what!!!! I’m praying for you to find employment… He is faithful!!!!
Thank you! For his Glory!
